Tyne and Wear Metro-Isolated Faulty Metrocar 4007 coupled to Metrocar 4064 at Howdon.
Two Metrocars worth of passengers on Train 135 were crammed into the back Metrocar of the train due to Public Address faults on Metrocar 4007.
As I mentioned, one reel motor is faulty. With nothing to lose, I prised off the bottom cover and removed the space from the end of the commutator. There is some damage to the windings visible here, alas.
Taken with a (faulty) Diana Baby 110 camera. The shutter on this camera was stuck on "B" even when it was set for "I" which should be around 1/100th sec. As a result all the negatives are hopelessly over exposed and exhibit spectacular camera shake, they were virtually unscanable, but I've managed to rescue some very grungy images. The film is Lomochrome Metropolis, but it is hardly shown off to its best in these!
These were taken for to accompany an interview I gave to Lomography Magazine about using 110 film in 2021.

Fomapan Creative 200 CRAP film; expire date 12.2013. So I'm another unlucky user of this faulty film series. I had much better results with romanian b&w film expired 20 years ago...

A common sign at the moment, having got "business" correct it was a shame to misjudge the "everything"
You see, assembling these things takes concentration and a delicate touch. Otherwise you'll end up with something like this... (detail from yesterday)
I recommend viewing large or original sizes for more drunken detail.
Processing ==> Joons-renderer ==> Sunflow.
Need to say something more?!?
Original shots taken with a faulty Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ1 (the vignetting is produced by the camera). Various post processing
On 23 February 2007, a faulty set of points caused 390 033 to derail near Grayrigg in Cumbria. The train, named 'City of Glasgow', formed the 17:15 departure from London Euston bound for Glasgow Central. 115 people were on board, one of whom died from trauma suffered in the crash. The train's excellent crashworthiness was credited with preventing more fatalities.
The train was formally written off on 30 November 2007, owing to the prohibitive cost of repair against the price of a new set. A driving car and carriage from the train were subsequently been put into use for training purposes at the Virgin Trains Talent Academy in Crewe
I wish I could see a glossy color photo of it from when it was new.
Haha the pale green window sills. Haha faulty downspout.

A faulty, but impressive, feat of Victorian Engineering. Faulty, as this water tower never really worked right.
Fault line evident in the cliffs on Clifton Beach on the way to see the Gannets at Cape Kidnappers. The various sediment layers, fault lines and severe erosion was fascinating to see.
LED's might have been the cats ass while growing up watching the evolution of LED technology . From seven segment and the LED lamp.

Funny with the leds of the early years as something cool .
I'm looking at it still through the eyes as a child. But now as a adult i find no use for them.other than a hobbyist toy still.
For real world applications and the all fired rush to do in the incandescent industry , in the meantime. people can put up with rubbish. and pay higher cost for shit.
