3,980cc. Finished in Flamenco with Magnolia hide interior. This three owner car was purchased from Lancaster in 1997 by the second owner and retained by them until 2018 when acquired by the vendor. It has been stored as part of his collection since 2019. In 2014 the car was subject to a speedo change at 90,141 miles and currently records 7,826 miles. The old speedo remains with the car. Described as running well with no known faults. Its history file contains a large quantity of receipts, many MoTs dating from 1999 to the present, older V5s, 1997 bill of sale and book‑pack."

The tree-covered hill to the right is Duncan's Hill. Taken from the lowlands - but that distant hill in the middle of the shot is Birnam Hill in the Highlands. The Highland Boundary Fault runs along the next dip in the distance.

Erhai Lake, is an alpine fault lake in Yunnan province, China. Its name means "Ear-shaped Sea", due to its shape as seen by locals and travellers.
Erhai is situated at 1,972 metres (6,470 ft) above sea level. In size, the North-South length of the lake is 40 kilometres (25 mi) and the East-West width is roughly 7–8 kilometres (4.3–5.0 mi). Its area is 250 square kilometres (97 sq mi), making it the second largest highland lake of China.
Its circumference reaches 116 kilometres (72 mi), its average depth is of 11 metres (36 ft) and the total storage capacity of 2.5 billion cubic metres (2,000,000 acre·ft).

To me this is the most vibrant display of colour in the fall.
The Aspy Fault runs inland for about 40 kilometres (24 miles) through Cape Breton Highlands National Park.
Land masses move and separate along fault lines, geologists can determine what land masses might once have been connected. Cape Breton may have been joined to Africa at one time.

Sweet summer.
Sun begins to set.
Rocky northern shore.
A warm glow bounces off
the glassy surface of Loch Ness.
Foreground boulders mimic the
dominant hump of Meall Fuar-Mhonaidh,
on the fault-bearing north shore,
beyond Urquhart Bay and its castle.
Munro mountains of Loch Lochy
fade to pencil sketches,
nearly 30 miles to the south-west.
A cheerful, cosy, friendly gleam
shows no monsters,
but its mighty self.
Fault-propagation Folding. This tight fold at Butte Fault in Lava Canyon along the Colorado River at mile 65.5 is a spectacular example of a progression from folding to faulting. The Tapeats Sandstone has been deformed here before rupture along a fault plane. Vertical displacement along the fault totaled about 3,500 feet. Grand Canyon National Park. Coconino Co., Arizona.

I FINALY GOT MY NEW CAMERA and an ipod….and it’s not even my birthday yet ….. ^_^ yayyyyyyy…wehhheeeee ☺☺☺☺ my dad is the coolest guy around town☺♥☺♥☺♥!!!
Anyhow , It’s a canon POWERSHOT A710 IS …not soo fancy but pheww it is too techno for an ex- 4 mpg owner…and the fact that I hate going through user manuals makes it even harder for me to get use to it at the moment....but I’m still goofing around on my instincts….
This is my first macro !! you can’t imagine how excited I am…. I’m grinning like that retard Cheshire cat..! but then that’s what I am !
So help me out in learning about ISO…shutter speeds…apertures and all..what goes with what ! I have tweaked the colors here a bit …! Nothing else then that is done on this image…I’m quite happy with my new camera but at the same time it’s really really hard to part with my old cam ….we’ve been together like …forever !

I had a great fortune to meet Western capercaillie on mating display 30.3.2018. We were cross-country skiing through the forest on our own made skitrack when capercollien suddenly was very near to us. I only had my Nokia 8 phone and I shot three videos with it. Next day 31.3. I returned to the same place in hope to meet the same capercollie again and I was overly excited when we met again. Now I had my Nikon D610 and Nikkor 28-300mm and also Olympus Tough TG-5 with me. Between 11:45 and 12:51 I shot 726 photos with my Nikon and some videos and photos with TG-5. And I even had time to take two shot breaks as I want to be as swift as possible and do not want to disturb capercaillie any more than to take the photos. This time I carried away so much that on one ocasion I took a photo of capercallie standing angrily in front of me and between my skis and on my skis! Then I almost panicked that how on earth I am able to get away from this situation. I kept calm and fortunately little gentle upward movement of skis moved capercaille little sideways and I was able to slowly retreat. It is very important to try to communicate with the bird and not to send wrong messages. With wild animals I usually act as I am from the another world and do my own things. I don't stare too much, look friendly but neutral and move quite slowly. I don't expect wild animals to behave in any manner I always keep in mind that wild animals can do something quite unexpected in any moment. I just try to communicate that I am not any threat to them, if that is not good enough then be it. It is all my fault if they attack me.
On next day 1.4. I still wanted to meet the capercaillie for the final time. This time between 15:55 and 16:54 I took 1246 photos with Nikon D610 and shot some videos with Olympus TG-5 stationary from the ground level. I even did some efforts to lure the capercaillie in front of Olympus camera.
From these two days with Nikon D610 I now have at least 150 very good quality diverse photos of capercaille mating display. This was probably my once in a life time experience with capercaillie!
Was out and about the parish this morning and was nearby to Dalston so got a quick shot of the Colas 60 through the points which I had passed earlier on the passenger train, I've shunted many a train in and out of here but some unlucky bugger has come a cropper this morning.
Looks like everyone ok but some explaining to be done.
Never did like those points nor does this loco by the looks..
