This is me and it was actually really difficult to take this picture as I was both the model & the photographer. I didn't think it was very good. Plus my kitten was attacking me.
This aged fallen willow must once have been a huge, majestic tree, but now lies in ruins, trailing its limbs for many metres across the ground.

The Tulsa community joined members of the 138th Fighter Wing, headquartered at the Tulsa Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma, to line the streets in honor of Tech. Sgt. Marshal D. Well the leaves have obviously fallen so hopefully fall weather will come soon!! Unfortunately, here where I live we don't really have four seasons and weather doesn't cooperate right so it'll probably be in the 80's in october...sigh, I hope it comes fast.
( it looks cool if you can look at the large version) These are the stars over the Texas plains. This picture was almost SOOC, however, when I downloaded the picture it looked completely different than the camera screen. So, I did a wee bit of editing. I threw up the saturation to show the natural color that the camera had captured, and threw up the contrast to get rid of a lot of the noise.
I did NOT make the stars colored, that is how it was naturally captured. You can actually look up what kind of gas the stars burn by the color it emits. It was a beautiful night out in the middle of nowhere, and so manny stars it was impossible to count. It was beautiful. And naturally, this photo needs a song by Enya to title it!
Once, as my heart remembers
all the stars were fallen embers.
Once, when night seemed forever
I was with you.
Once, in the care of morning
in the air was all belonging,
Once, when that day was dawning
I was with you.
How far we are from morning,
how far we are
and the stars
shining through the darkness,
falling in the air.
Once, as the night was leaving
into us our dreams were weaving.
Once all dreams were worth keeping.
I was with you.
Once, when our hearts were singing,
I was with you.
