Mitten in der Kieler Innenstadt befindet sich der Schrevenpark. Besonders morgens kann man hier eine entspannt ruhige Atmosphäre genießen. Schönen Sonntag :-)
Beautiful camellia flowers downed by the recent heavy winds and rains. The evergreen shrub a native to China and Japan,thrives very well my garden and is an abundance of flowers and buds this Spring. The image taken where they fell on the patio slabs,still look attractive in their coats of red.
Wandering around the local millennium woods with my camera this morning and found myself drawn to the forest floor where this fallen leaf had caught on a twig.

Another dream of a night watching the sun sink in the west. I had the coldest ride yesterday with a penetrating wind, but as always it was great to get out and see the coast for a few minutes. I can't wait till I can stay down there and chase sunsets again, and pick the fallen peaches. Fallen Peaches is by The Handsome Family.

I was out walking one night, when I happened to run into a group of friendly, fallen stars. They seemed a little lost, and just wanted to find their way back home.
Just some fun with light-painting. And granted, "falling stars," are not, in fact, stars. It's just a fun concept and myth to play with though.

It has been a hot, dry and windy summer, some leaves have fallen and the acorns are not fully developed but are falling!
I couldn't resist a last trip to Kynance to watch another sunset all to myself. Even though the colours didn't explode in the sky, I loved the reflected sky and the colour of the sea. Peach was the order of the night, so Fallen Peaches by the handsome Family is perfect. We're off home today, it's been a magnificent week, too much sun :).We've got a gig in Cardiff tonight, Alabama 3 , so should be fun.

As you might guess naming this image was a problem. This yellow muck is tree pollen (particularly pine tree pollen) floating into shore and leaving yellow tide lines on the beaches and rocks.
There are so many good choices for names:
ACHOO
Mellow Yellow
The Yellow River
Amber Waves
Yellow Ducky
Another superb sunset at the back of the house. I could see it was going to be a good sunset, but the M6 Motorway is shut meaning the traffic on the A6 adjacent to my house was stationary, so the prospect of going anywhere wasn't an option.
I had seen this dead tree limb in the field under the tree on the left of this shot and for want of some foreground interest, I dragged it out to this location. I used my 14-24 lens to get a better sunstar than the 16-35 manages. The colours were incredible with the air being much clearer after some rain.
