A still life study of a faded wedding bouquet of flowers. I think it oozes symbolism.

HFF!

It's not just the paint job that is fading away on these old machines: the Czech national rail carrier is phasing out the series in the upcoming years.

With more and more modern EMUs getting delivered to Brno, these AC locomotives won't be needed anymore in regional service, and due to their 120km/h top speed and age they cannot be deployed in front of long-distance trains.

Some of the modernised units adapted for push-pull service will likely survive in the ČD fleet for a bit longer, but the rest of the units also have a good chance of staying on Europe's rails, at private freight companies.

I have a few things to do this afternoon this afternoon so will catch up when I get a moment.

We'll never meet again my Dear, Angels sing as your memory disappears

The photograph is burnt, now your only seen in my dreams....

Mjolif, your fading away,

Mjolif, your slipping away,

Mjolif, your fading away

Mjolif, your drifting away

Inspired by a the song Evangeline, by Desmond Doom on Spotify

The older we get, the swifter time seems to pass and the quicker memories seem to fade

Its a while i was thinking on something about the dissolution, the vanishing of the "being" ....see how a human being can disappear among my overlays. From a blurry motion image....

Still a beauty - Zinnia

After a round of severe thunderstorms that rocked the Chicagoland area during the evening hours, all is calm out and mother nature provides a neat array of storm clouds throughout the atmosphere providing this picturesque scene.

"Fade Away" is an art installation by Cica Ghost.

Tall spires of branches

reach into a pale grey dawn—

their voices hushed thin.

Edges blur into soft mist,

a dream half‑seen, half‑remembered.

And I wonder why I tear myself down

To be built back up again

Oh I hope somehow, I'll wake up young again

All that's left of myself

Holes in my false confidence

And now I lay myself down

And hope I wake up young again

Hope I wake up young again

I know how they must feel.

Those dreams that elude us come morning.

That sense of being just right there on the edge of consciousness, but so quickly fading away into obscurity.

Next time I'll be a nightmare.

Or a wet dream. Maybe a bit of both, leave them really messed up.
