Thank you for all the support thus far. It has been so much more than I expected and is a little overwhelming. But I want to thank everyone who joined and shared with me their stories. I feel privileged to be part of such a beautiful community of hobbyists.
Thank you for showing me that trying to portray human emotion, however ugly or sad, deserves compassion and love.
And to the winner: I wish you many long days where, though you may see a part of yourself in him, you also find strength to smile and move forward.

My new face up.I've tried different styles.
I feel like I finally found fit for the kids. I love his new look, I think ... ... He looked like a ghost?
A Japan ghost.
While I was trying to find information on ghosts, completed with a specific story.
But I think it might be that as an analogy.
On the other side of your heart, sorrows, fears, not words, can not give up ... ...
You know, those things hiding in the shadows is a part of you, sometimes, they are beautiful and creepy.

Considering this is only on my third facepup (second really), I'm very proud of how she turned out. When I worked on Pixie's faceup I swore I'd never do one again, my shaky hands are just SO FRUSTRATING! I have the money to send her off to a professional who would do the work in a fraction of the time. But if I didn't try I would never learn. I made myself do it and I'm so happy I did because she turned out exactly the way I had envisioned her :)

I'm really, really happy with how he came out. T_T And I, uh, may or may not have bought him some super fancy eyes XD;;;; Though I do like these a lot!

This is a quite special commission. In fact I do not accept to do faceups without a skin effect. I really really reaaaaaaally dislike making nice shading for blush and so on.
But making a new faceup for this specific doll was my birthday gift to a friend of mine.
So... that's way I did such a faceup.
I must admit that I love painting scales as much as I dislike making blush shading!

I still need to finish the manicure and the bust blush.
I'd try some green on her. She will bee my little fairy, Tinker Bell girl. Now she needs some sweet looking clothes :D
