A face-up I did on my mum's Domuya Sophie doll. She is going to be sold and was still without a face-up! Poor thing. So I gave her one. She is a bit of a rock chick I think *^^*
I haven't worked on a real faceup in ages. I've done some work on my Pukipuki but it's a lot different working on an SD head. CRAP pictures since it's dark out, there's a lot more on her face in person.
Still to do: Eyebrows, eyeliner, lip detailing.
My first faceup done on a Doll Leaves Blue head. It turned out better than I expected, but I still have a lot to practice(like the eyelashes and eyebrows). This was done mostly with pastels and watercolor pencil. I am going to try redoing it soon when I'm able to use an airbrush. Please feel free to give me any advice or critique.
This was such a fun project (again!!) haha ^^
I got to do the face-up and bodyblush of Charles' Creatures Cabinet Fidelia Firefly, and she is so cute. I totally love her. Very tiny, very slender, and it was fun posing her. (ahum it's a lot of pictures I took and uploaden of her *^_^*)
Anyway, enjoy the photos.
This was a funny mold to face-up, and also a bit difficult because of her mouth shape.
She has something like an Asian look if you look at the way her eyes turned out. It must be their shape. She would look great as an Asian girl with black pigtails as well no doubt, haha
I finished his faceup today. I'm happy with it but the next time I do his faceup again I will do better eyebrows, eyelashes and lips (need chinese ink~)
