I had a reborning disaster today, so I took solace in getting on with my experiments in new faceup technique. Still liking it and still not thinking that it looks too colourful or overdone, but that could change when the honeymoon period is over. Just glossing to do and lashes to make (teeny, tiny lashes to weft. Why do we do these things to ourselves?) and then I will make him some new eyes, so that my aGatti Alfar can have his back again.
just felt like sharing how i sketch out ideas for faceups^^ I actually haven't decided which ones I'm going to use for my bjd girls yet. I know I want to save the one with the blue lip for a pullip though :p all were done in a mix of pencils and real makeup :) i don't use the makeup on the dolls btw, i just recreate these shades with pastels and shimmer and all that doll safe stuff :)

I finished my tan Sist's faceup this weekend ^__^ The color match looks spot-on in person, but shows up a little pink on camera ;^;
I like this wig but I'm not sure if I love it 100%... Also unsure about the eyes, I might change them back to the blue Mystics I had in her before.

A cute little Autumn fairy! So much fun to do. The leaves are more blush colored in real life (still learning my new camera and adjusting the picture afterward still left much to be desired :P).
