The stages of Ffion's face.
Ohhhlush had asked me for a dappled look similar to Lockhart's, but with pinks. So I figured natural freckles spreading from the nose up to pink (and white) dappling on the forehead (started on layer 6 - the first large picture). But I soon realised that it would look more like a skin condition as there were no anthro characteristics to work around like horns or ears, so I took back the dapples and left her dappled with freckles instead.
So for my first faceup for someone else I'm quite pleased. I learnt a lot about brush work this time. I didn't use pencils for once!
If I could change anything I'd leave out the fine glitter I used on the inner eye rims (and just stick to pearlex and pearl medium), make the brows finer and get smaller more flexible lashes that require less glue. (as it was a freebie I used what was left of Magpies' lashes).
Otherwise, any feedback would be great.
Man, I've been workin non-stop for three days now. Finally finished, glossed and added lashes too. I wanna say I'll get detailed pics tomorrow, but I've got a cubs game to go to! lol! I'll try tho. ^__^
Proper pictures of my Cavalera faceup. I painted her to maybe sell, but have no idea what to set her price as. I wish I could have used paints for her details, but at this smaller scale I had to resort to pencils. She is a normal skin faceplate hand painted white (I don't have an airbrush) in several layers so she has some texture to her surface. I think it makes it look more like she has facepaint on, or at least, that's what I'm going to tell myself, lol!
Feels good :) I have finally activated my lovely Elfdoll Rita head. 12 mm eyes from Mako fits her very well! She will be a hybrid, elfdoll head and Granado nuevo body. I actually bought my nyid just for this Elfdoll head, but I don't want to mod the neck or head so much that this combination require.
This was such a fun project (again!!) haha ^^
I got to do the face-up and bodyblush of Charles' Creatures Cabinet Fidelia Firefly, and she is so cute. I totally love her. Very tiny, very slender, and it was fun posing her. (ahum it's a lot of pictures I took and uploaden of her *^_^*)

While I was trying to find information on ghosts, completed with a specific story.
But I think it might be that as an analogy.
On the other side of your heart, sorrows, fears, not words, can not give up ... ...
You know, those things hiding in the shadows is a part of you, sometimes, they are beautiful and creepy.

It's so much smoother in some ways, it looks softer. So cool ^^

Funny how a doll can have so much expression with the right eyes and face. :) Got a stash of Nomyens lashes in the mail, I'm so thrilled with them! Went with heavy blushing and freckles this time to make her look healthy sun-kissed. Also, hurray for golden eyelashes and sparkly lips!
