I like that I managed to catch the street light in the crop here. On days like this I could just stare at clouds.
Explosive ordnance disposal technicians, assigned to 64th Ordnance Company, 242nd Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion, 71st Ordnance Group, and Army Civilians with the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence test the newly introduced Dismounted Reconnaissance Sets, Kits, and Outfits (DRSKO) on Fort Carson, Colorado, Feb. 4, 2022. The DRSKO system provides detection and identification of volatile organic compounds, toxic industrial chemicals/materials, chemical warfare agents, biological warfare agents, oxygen levels and combustible gasses.

Southport hosts the Musical Fireworks competion every year. About 8 companies take part each giving a 20min approx show over 2 nights.When I took these on the Saturday night it was absolutely chucking it down with rain but it didn't spoil the night. The canon 7D got a bit wet but didn't falter all the way through.
Taken while I was on start-up crew before the students arrived in the area for Iron Flag week. Taken with my Nikon N80, film was Kodak BW400CN 35mm.

Oops, shouldn't have done that. I knew better, I even have forma education not to overload a device. Haha I think it was already done and it was fun having a sound of an m80 going off in my living room. Luckily the casing prevented any debris from flying around. The blown capacitor provided the bang and the fried ic the smoke.
