An inversion layer on a cold autumnal afternoon in November near Markethill. The sun has just gone down leaving some nice colour in the Belt of Venus. Taken handheld at f4.0 as the fog was moving around a bit and the scene was ever changing. St John's Parish Church Mullabrack is clearly visible poking out of the fog in this shot.

Good Morning from Sydney, it's Year of the Goat or Sheep.
It was a busy weekend with the Chinese New Year celebrations, family gatherings and feasting.

I can’t get enough of shots like this.
Inspired by my heroes Gavin Dunbar 500px.com/gavindunbar, Steve Landeros 500px.com/stevelanderos, Albert Tam 500px.com/superboo, Nathan Wirth 500px.com/nlwirth, Scott Frederick 500px.com/ScottFrederick and Joel Tjintjetaar 500px.com/JoelTjintjelaar (among so many others) minimal black and whites are simply my favorite images.
I don’t know what the hell I’m doing but feel like I’m getting a little closer to the desired results with each attempt. onOne certainly helps there. If you haven’t seen the work these incredible artists come up with on a near daily basis..TREAT YOURSELF. You won’t be disappointed.

While in the back yard one day cleaning after a rainstorm, to my surprise I saw this wonderful Swallowtail Butterfly as it drinks the sweet nectar from a Peach Blossom.
Such a beautiful butterfly I had the pleasure to see, it's time for you to go now because
