Today the family and I headed to Vernon where the temperatures were a balmy +15. This was a hot day for us Canadians in March, so don't laugh too hard! This photo is a blend of two separate exposures, one for the clouds and the other for the water. I have been working on this style and have a long way to go but am really enjoying the end result! Hope you enjoy too!
A short drive south of Revelstoke and you'll find yourself at Shelter Bay. An easily accessible location perfect for watching the sun set. One of my favourite locations in the area!

I don't take as many macro shots as I used to, so while on a walk yesterday, I snapped some moss growing on a branch. The spiky bits are my favourite colour - not quite green and not quite yellow.
