Out for 'The Lakeland Explorer' where should we go? Slindon? No. Chorlton? No, we went there last weekend. Acton Bridge? No. Winwick? No. Red Bank? Yes. We got there about a minute before 68020 and 68004 passed with 4S43. Then I went for a shot of 70002 working 4M27. Whilst I was heading back to the shot for the tour which wasn't due for 10 minutes I heard it! 68021 passes Red Bank, 8 early, working the Taunton - Carlisle, Pathfinder charter 16/7/16
A Spring Day Exploring the Leo Adler Memorial Pathway in Baker City Oregon
Got to spend a little time this afternoon enjoying the spring weather along the Powder River on the Leo Adler Memorial Pathway in Baker City. The Leo Adler Memorial Pathway follows the Powder River through Baker City and connects Baker City’s historic downtown and surrounding neighborhoods with multiple parks including Central Park in Downtown, Geiser Pollman Park, and the Baker Sports Complex.
The pathway is a local favorite and is always a great little urban escape in the heart of town with great foliage, birding and scenic views of both the Elkhorn and Wallowa mountain.
For more information about the Leo Adler Memorial Pathway or Baker City, visit Baker County Tourism’s website at www.travelbakercounty.com

Art Quote of the Day
Every portrait that is painted with feeling is a portrait of the artist, not of the sitter.
Oscar Wilde mentioned and I nodded:)

Dashed out to Walpole Bay, Cliftonville to get some sunset shots. Was hopeful as the weather had been good all day but then the rain clouds came!

It would be interesting to know where all the flotsam and jetsam that ends up on on Black Rock beach originates. It ends up in one corner of the beach as the harbour wall stops it travelling any further up the coast.
There's something in the melodies
That the Christmas season brings
Joy and laughter in the air
Smiling faces everywhere

No, these are not actual shoes, they were just light pink and are edited to be rainbow. Badly edited, might I add. xD
