Every Labour Day weekend a group of us explore one of Canada's treasures: Algonquin Park just north of Toronto, Ontario. It is a time of canoeing, portaging and camping with a group of great friends in this wilderness jewel.
Hoffnung
Mein Weg ist zu Ende.
Ich sehe ein Tor,
durchflutet von hellem Schein.
Ich fasse mir Mut,
ich trete ein -
und weiß: jetzt geht es mir gut.
Durchschritten ist das dunkle Tal,
jetzt kann ich mein Leiden besiegen.
Vorbei sind nun die Zeiten der Qual -
und meine Seele darf fliegen!
