HIGHEST ON EXPLORE #4
Hi everyone :)
hope everyone has had a great weekend so far:)
still no new images, so a reprocessed image for today:)
processed this a little different using and i am quite happy with how this one turned out:)
hope you like it as well?
learned a couple of new things lately, have been reading a bit and i try out new approaches when i think they can benefit my images:)
getting alot of flickrmails with questions about how i process my images, and i thought i could say a bit about it:)
filters used for this shot was a nd8 screw on, Lee filters 0.9 and 0.75 soft grads stacked together.
used two shot for this one, manually blended in a little brighter fg area around the rocks sticking up, giving the image the fg light that it needs:) they where "developed" in Acr to my liking and saved as 16 bit tiffs.
when i got the pictures blended the way i want it i use colorefex, using the filters Brilliance/Warmth, skylight filter and White neutralizer:)) i just experiment until i get the colors i like:)
i also add one layer of the image in B&W and use soft light in blend mode and adjust opacity to my liking:)
after that i use Noisewear Proffesional for sharpening and denoising, here i also "experiment" until i get the result i like:)
and to finish thing i use luminosity mask, sometimes only one colors other times depending on what colors and areas i want to "pop" up:))
lol i know i suck at explaining:)
and of course i straighten the horizon, crop and resize for web before posting:))
well well, hope this can be of help to anyone:)
anyways i wanna thank you for the response on my last shot:))
take care and have a great rest of the weekend:))
Johnny .))

I walked the lake and took this POV with my iPhone. Then I decided to walk home, get my a1 with the wide angle, return, and do it again. The water was so calm the reflection was perfect, and the clouds eliminated the sun's reflections. I wanted the detail that only the a1 could capture

While in the garage one day, I saw this Potter Wasp on the brick work of the garage wall. With my 60mm Macro lens was able to capture this awesome close-up showing the compound eye and other details of this Wasp. Hope Y'all like it. Lol.

Exploring glaciers ftw 🙋 Walking on a glacier is something that will never get old. That's why we need to do all we can to protect them and our beautiful planet.

The Diver Jan visits a newly discovered wreck, which is, although know for more than two years, not positively identified yet. Using Rebreathers, we were able to extend our Bottom Time massively, so our findings might contribute to the ID of that Wreck. The measurements we took fit to our suspected ship...
