On December 7, 1979 I caught SOO 700 on an Extra West just getting out of the yard at Trout Lake in a bit of a squall. Being I'm going to have to go out this morning fire up the tractor to dig out the trucks and yard it seems like a fitting shot especially being its Thursday. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Rail Force One rijdt vrij onregelmatig ketelwagentreinen op de route Rotterdam-Bad Bentheim v.v. Het betreffen hier onder andere de treinen met styreen tussen Antwerpen/Rotterdam en Polen v.v. alsmede ethanoltreinen van/naar Tsjechië.
Op zaterdag 30 maart 2019 bracht RFO een lege ethanoltrein over vanuit Amersfoort naar Bad Bentheim. De ex-Locon 1837 nam de grijze 1829 en de 189 208 in opzending mee en kon kort voor 'zon-uit' worden vastgelegd bij Zenderen. In Bad Bentheim nam een voor mij onbekende vervoerder de trein over en reed deze richting Bad Schandau.
