This is a gift I gave to my girl for her birthday in 2015. Similar to Pandora, I chose evolve as it is New Zealand-designed charm jewellery.
There is some thought behind the charms chosen too. Starting from the football (we both enjoy the game) and moving clockwise, here is a brief on what the chosen charms represent:
Waikato province charm - we first met and married in Hamilton and after a near 5-year OE, we returned from the UK to settle in the Waikato region.
Energy Eternal - recently bought by Cath.
Wild Emerald - birthstone of myself.
Aeroplane - we met in the airforce in 1988 at RNZAF Base Te Rapa.
Heart - to symbolise our love.
New Zealand Music - we both love our local music.
Taupo - where many Christmas holidays have been spent at my parents timeshare.
Christmas Pohutukawa - The NZ Christmas Tree and a gift from me to Cath for Christmas 2015.
Manawatu province charm - the region I was born and grew up in.
Safety clip to stop charms falling off.
Open/Close mechanism.
Auckland province charm - the region where Cath was born and grew up.
Rose Boutique - to symbolise Cath's mum who's middle name is Rose.
Dragon (Pandora charm) as we both have tattoo's of and love Dragon's.

It was time to say farewell to Sgt. Maj. Donald R. Robertson and welcome Sgt. Maj. Danette D. Bailey as the battalion senior noncommissioned officer. Robertson said he will be retiring from the Army Reserves when he redeploys. Good luck and Godspeed SGM R!
