"Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth."
Quote - Marcus Aurelius
Green was the silence, wet was the light,
the month of June trembled like a butterfly.

♫ Queen - Crazy Little Thing Called Love ♫
This thing called love
I just can't handle it
This thing called love
I must get 'round to it
I ain't ready (Ooh ooh ooh ooh)
Crazy little thing called love
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Crazy little thing called love, yeah, yeah
Everything is the same
Everything is broken
Everything still works
Everything stands still
Everything goes through everything
There's nothing I know for sure anymore
Blue was the sky under wich I slept
Green was the grass I walked on
There could be clouds full of worries
In the end they floated by
I'm looking for the common thread
Something that makes it all logical
I want to see, the way I saw, when I still had you
Because now, everything is gray
'Cause I can see the sun
But I don't feel the heat
The world is still spinning for me
But she's lost her colors

There was a time, I was yours and you were mine
We shone in the light of the day
No trouble no pain, straight talking as they say
Nothing could stand in our way
Two people in a trance
Two fighters in a dance
They respect each other's fears
A fighter's pride is built on fear
I, I'm amazed, I let it slip away
I, I'm crazed, it's running through my brain
Everything that rises, has to fall
Somewhere I read, the truth is better left unsaid
Avoid all the hurt and the pain
I'm a crooked companion, You'd better watch your step
When I take you out to play
Drink from this golden cup, the days aren't long enough
Hoiset up the scarlet sails, But I junped to shore as we moved
away
I, I'm amazed, I let it slip away
I, I'm crazed, it's running through my brain
Everything that rises, has to fall
Everything is blooming most recklessly; if it were voices instead of colors, there would be an unbelievable shrieking into the heart of the night.
-Rainer Maria Rilke
The trip here was spontaneous. Someone offered to meet the dawn on Istra and we supported everything, especially since the weather promised to be frosty. In winter, Istra practically does not freeze due to the large abundance of springs that feed the river. The temperature of the springs is about + 8C, so the river is heated in winter. In severe frosts, the river begins to soar, enveloping everything around with fluffy hoarfrost.
It was quite a cool morning, only -26 Celsius. There was a very dense fog over the river, we had to wait for the sun to rise in order to see at least anything. I was worried about photographic equipment, the tripod was covered with frost and it was very difficult to work with it. Well, it was quite an interesting experience.
... 52 weeks in 2021 ... citylights ... Zinder ...
... usually this is quite the busy place in my hometown, the art gallery, library and a small café ... but with the lockdown everything is closed, people are nowhere to be found ...

Sometimes I just want to get away. Go somewhere I can be still and let everything else behind me.
Seen on our way to Swartifoss- in Vatnajökulsþjóðgarður National Park.
Vatnajökull National Park is one of three national parks in Iceland. It encompasses all of Vatnajökull glacier and extensive surrounding areas. These include the national parks previously existing at Skaftafell in the southwest and Jökulsárgljúfur in the north. The unique qualities of Vatnajökull National Park are primarily its great variety of landscape features, created by the combined forces of rivers, glacial ice, and volcanic and geothermal activity. With recent additions of Lakagígar, Langisjór, Krepputunga and Jökulsárlón (including its surrounding areas) it now covers 14,141 km2 or approximately 14% of Iceland, making it Europe's second largest national park.
An absolutely calm, peaceful valley with a beautiful, ravine-like backdrop. And a river, the Bode, that flows through it. Where? In the Harz, near Thale. Worth visiting!
