This was the second time I'd ever seen a Song Sparrow and this time I was able to get some nice shots while it was unaware of me. It was climbing the "knee" of a cypress tree.

Sofi, one of our two Pumi dogs, returns home after her four day stay at the dog hospital. At a year and a half old, she has been diagnosed with acute leukemia. The shaved patch on her shoulder is from the bone marrow test that gave us confirmation of this terminal disease. Sad as it is, she still enjoys each and every day.

What I am trying to express here is that I sometimes feel that dwelling on my own thoughts and personal feelings locks me in a cage. Working to relate my own thoughts and feelings to that of others, especially to other photographers who create unorthodox photography, can assist me in escaping from this mental/emotional cage.

I love the sign on this wall - the Every Day Sale - the juxtaposition of the green door , and the shadows that result...

The flat I live has a small yard. When summer comes, neighbours always bring every plant they plant down here from their own balconies, making it a lovely garden -- except for the buzzing flies... And when autumn starts to fade away, plants go home! Also, I very much like the old chair.
Every year hundreds of pilot whales are slaughtered off the Faroe Islands, a territory of Denmark, which are located about 200 miles northwest of Scotland in the North Atlantic. Over the past week, 150 whales have been killed in the area, conservation groups report.
The Every Day Club takes over OhNo!Doom with an evening of artworks, music and fuuun. Over & Out is no show, its an experience of pure, stimulating stupor. Like what you may ask? Well you'll have to come and find out for yourselves!

Every summer I take a week or two vacation to a family cabin in the Whiteshell Provincial park in MB, Canada.
Every semester Les Roches Postgraduate Diploma students have to organise an event as part of their program. This semester, on the occasion of Halloween festivities, they hosted this incredible party on campus.
