Ballpoint Pen on copier paper. What with the marketing campaign for “Equalizer 2” now in full swing, I thought it would be a good opportunity to revisit him. I’ve traditionally had nothing but trouble drawing him in the past, and had an easier time with this attempt.

Student activists from CT Students for a Dream (C4D) and supporters rally to demand justice in higher education for undocumented students with legislation that equalizes access to student-generated funds: State Capitol, Hartford, Connecticut, Thursday, April 13, 2017.
"In Connecticut, public colleges and universities set aside a proportion of tuition revenue to be used as ‘institutional aid’ to assist students with a demonstrated financial need. However, immigrant students who have grown up in CT and have graduated high school here are not eligible for this student-generated aid. All Connecticut students, including undocumented students, pay tuition and therefore contribute towards this institutional aid pool of funds. Yet Connecticut does not allow immigrant students access to institutional aid themselves. This aid is student funded, we believe all students who pay tuition should be be eligible to receive it.”
Had to equalize this in Photoshop to read the lettering easier! I liked the effect so much I kept it!

Prior to obtaining the Equalizer the Challenger was having a serious problem
getting the both batteries to charge evenly.
Resulting in one getting below the
12 v. during use. The right hand side one was only 11.5 V after a charge and the other only 13 V. A Total of only 24.5 Volts. So I only got down the road a short way, before the motor was having problems with the power getting border line 24 V.
If not evenly charged the Equalizer will have either one of the two lights on or both. When evenly charged with the combined reading above 24 Volts Both lights will be OFF , so they wont flatten the battery
.The right hand side battery had refused to charge higher than 13 Volts with the Car Charger on it for 24 hours. But with the Equalizer it suddenly charged to matched the other battery.
The difference in power available, was very noticeable, when I took my Auriga out this morning, for a quick run into Town. It was back to it's old comfortable top speed, and had no noticeable problems of reduction of power on the way home.
Just experimenting with photoshop's equalize function. I really like the colors in this version. It's a wee bit bright.
