While playing around with Elsemuko's Technicolor script in Gimp (still unsuccessfully, unfortunately, although not due to the script not working), I accidentally discovered that if I used Gimp's standard auto-equalize feature, I would get this, which rather than looking Technicolor, looks more like a bad Autochrome. Oh well....I still like it. It looks kind of like an old postcard, I think.

i made this by using mostly the line tool. for the bars i used the line tool and colored them. i made 6 layers of different positions of the bars. then made them animated.
Farewell, old friend. As I mentioned the other day, I'd not picked up my bass guitar since last December, and now it's time to say goodbye to my trusty amp which has not been turned on since then. We just won't really have room for it in the new place and I can't justify clinging onto it any longer. *Sob*. And we could do with the money! It has, thankfully, gone to a nice home - that of a fine fellow called Drew I know who plays in a band called The Big Red. I may be able to visit it from time to time at gigs...

Using a Parametric Equalizer such as the Clarion EQS-746 (or any equalizer that has the ability to adjust signal gain in the bass frequencies below 250hz) can be beneficial in improving the subwoofer's response and performance. This is especially important for people that listen to many different kinds of music or movies on their sound system.
