The children's department held a bookmark contest in November. Here is a sampling of the entries. Such creative children we have!
This entry was a young Australian girl- it is her 5th cake she has ever made and got a Commendation.
Approaching the exit for the Port of Entry & Weigh Station. Not being a commercial vehicle driver, I am unsure as to whether this Weigh station is staffed by both Colorado & Utah officials, even though we are 15 miles from the border.
If I recall correctly, there are no official weigh stations along I-70 in Utah.
The entire entry way is completed now. The differing design at the top is because the tile company gave me a box of main tiles that was 2 shades lighter than the rest so to minimise the noticeability of it, I changed the design so most of the lighter tiles are inside the closet - 4 November 2007
A farmer was showing us the soybeans he planted. The agricultural productivity in Tanzania is extremely low due to the lack of irrigation systems and poor technology. The rural population has very limited food options.

ilidža is a suburb of sarajevo about 15 minutes by tram. not far is a national park where the vrelo bosne (bosnian river) starts. before entering the park, nona and i sat down on this bench to enjoy the pleasant day and a meal of bread and cheese.
