The very low, setting sun cast a huge shadow in front of the pedestrian as he walked along the pavement.

Something about this old ironmongers shop makes me think of The Two Ronnie's word play sketch in a hardware store about fork handles and four candles.
This shop will be sadly missed locally.
An empty MRTS train to Chennai Beach waits at Platform No.3 of the Velachery MRTS Station in Chennai.
The MRTS has been a disappointing project. Conceived in the 1980s, and yet to be fully complete, the coaches are obsolete. The Stations are half-built and lack modern amenities.
Thousands of commuters use these services and even more so in Mumbai, where the situation is similar, and the coaches are older. Is this what we deserve ? If this is the plight of rail services in two of India's largest metros, then what is the fate of smaller cities?
Thankfully, even as I write this, Metro Rail Construction has commenced in Chennai and is underway or proposed in many other cities, with Delhi Metro being operational.
Empty shops on the Centre Dandenong Road shopping strip in Dingley. The strip was fully occupied for years before a difficult retail climate in recent times. High rents in this strip have had a major impact here, according to this article from the Moorabbin-Kingston Leader.
I was at work one night to finish something up... the hallway looks a little spooky this way when the building is empty.
Mike pointed out that there are a lot of handicapped parking spaces in a Metra parking lot that is 1/4 mile away from the station and on a different grade. Of course, these are included to meet some requirements, but perhaps Metra could have gotten out of this requirement with a waiver.

once the chair goes to the street it usually is almost in the grave. however in some cases it can find new owners as it sits sexy like on the curb waiting for a taker. If a new owner doesn't get excited over a treasure on the curb then it will for sure will go to the grave in a large landfill via county pickup.

I was feeling a sort of lonelyness during my last trip in december, I mean on the plane from Madrid to Paris I sware that the plane was almost empty, I was lucky cause the hostesses were really nice to me, they bring me witha really marked spanish accent if I wanted some orange juice or some cookies

Not a sight you see very often on the Bakerloo line.
Opened in 1906 the Bakerloo line seems to have the most twists and turns of all the undergrounds lines!
Line was supposedly built as a quicker way to get to Lord's Cricket Ground
