Meagre as they may be considered, we will take whatever entertainment comes our way --- and always hard to beat when the Circus comes to Town....

a change in leadership means one thing.

the same old theme the same old sing.

their baggaged agenda contains plenty of history

their claim tickets punched shrouded in mystery.

a party founded on the backs of human misery

a group of leaders hooded with sissory.

the crosses they made

the flames of hate they happily said

we don't want none here

go home go home.

so when they couldn't win

they created Jim Crow and it wasn't a sin

to push people aside and it created a lie

that these people must die

that men of color were like no other

that all women were good only as mother

but democratic republics are weak and thin

the basket is full of these countries and their hate bins.

history has recorded which parties have started

the hate trails lined with such dribble they've parted

so now again, we bring their boats to our shores

one more time to open the doors

to barnfires and burnings and crosses ignited

so long ago on a hill

the King hung dying paying the bill.

please learn from your past

and finally pay the toll

learn from the Master

you owe for your bill.

you created the system that led to this mess

now fix it and stop being a pest.

Just past Alice's Restaurant -- Skyline Blvd

Queens, workers and males all have two yellow bands on the thorax but none on the abdomen. The yellow is bright and often straw-coloured. However the rear band on the thorax is less pronounced. The orange-red tail colouring extends over more than half of the abdomen. This species is usually associated with upland moors but may also be seen in habitats close to these.

It was,nt a serious fire, I rather like the contrast it

gave the boats.

Springfield Lake. Springfield, Mo.

Not our wonderful beach side town, but hidden away in the hills of Santa Maria

I've got better but this made me look up the strange distortions we sometimes see just at sunset.

I'm reading this is a Stacked Omega Sun --- which of course is "a double layer inferior mirage producing an Omega Sun with an upper inverted mirage bulge".

The flat bottom sitting on a little pedestal creates a mirage attaching to the sun as the warm air near the surface bends the light upwards.

The Flying Saucer effect towards the top of the sun is a sandwich of warm air nestled over a cooler layer with another warmer area at the surface.

Or instead, you can just watch the show as it changes positions and characteristics as falls into the ocean.

And here you thought the sun was just a perfectly round yellow ball....

His claw marks could be seen after his initial inspection
