Actinium (Ac) is # 89 on the Periodic Table of Elements. Elemental actinium is a silvery-gray metal. Thirty-four isotopes of actinium are known - all are radioactive. Three occur naturally in trace amounts as decay products in radioactive minerals: actinium-225, actinium-227, and actinium-228.

Carbon (C) is # 6 on the Periodic Table of Elements. It forms by late-stage nuclear fusion in certain types of stars. Elemental carbon takes various forms that range from a soft, dark silvery-gray, metallic-lustered material to a very hard, variably-colored, adamantine-lustered material. The former is the mineral graphite and the latter is diamond. Fourteen carbon isotopes are known - three occur naturally. Carbon-12 is common, carbon-13 occurs in low abundances, and carbon-14 is a natural, radioactive variety that occurs in trace amounts.

One of my first shots with the 50mm f1.8 prime lens. Still thinking about getting the 1.4....or just going Sigma (because it auto focuses). So far I think I am pretty happy with this lens.
