The reforms will focus on five specific areas, including transforming the procurement process by harnessing the state's full buying power to reduce costs, eliminating costly empty space leased by the state, modernizing information technology systems, improving customer service, and streamlining business services. These reforms are expected to save taxpayers $600 million in all funds over five years including $100 million in all funds over the next fiscal year.

This 2nd floor exterior wall literally has cold breezes flowing into the home below the baseboard. Doing a blower door test and then checking the home with an infrared camera will reveal these leaks around doors, windows, plugs, fireplaces, joists and other places.

Our apartment building used to be a hotel and we, like many other tenants, have the essence of the original kitchen. The sink/refrigerator combo is at least 35 years old.

I really like this setup. In a space hardly larger than 2-3 times the size of my bedroom--and I have the tiniest bedroom amongst the people I know--they've managed to fit all the accommodations that a house should have!
A kitchen, a dining area, a family/living room, a bedroom, the lavatory, and all requisite closets, shelves and other storage locations... It's really amazing. o.o
