On May 2-3, 2023, regional and national attendees from public and private utilities, consulting and research firms, and government and non-profit organizations came together to learn and connect to help the region more effectively achieve its energy efficiency goals.

Bio: Ourous is one of the oldest Aeonyx in the empire, being one of the earlier ones to convert to a non-physical form, He was one of the strongest warriors in the army, to the point of being a living legend amongst the Aeonyx. One day during battle, Ourous was injured badly, now, this wouldn't seem like a big deal for an Aeonyx, seeing how they simply go back to their higher dimension upon death, but it still jarred him. It was then that he decided to devote himself to keeping others better protected than he was that day by becoming a forger, helping to make stronger weapons for the empire. He believes in honor in combat, not just efficiency, and is well known as a overall friendly guy. In recent years Ourous has noticed the increasing number of defecting Aeonyx, and realized the threat they posed to innocent life in the lower dimensions, donning his famous greatshield and sword combo, he set out to help track down the defectors and defend protect the weak once again.
