It doesn’t say that’s what it is, but there’s an identical one of these elsewhere on Sandy Hook that does, so I’m pretty sure that that’s what this building at North Beach is for too

My wife was bought a rose bush to remember her friend Jackie who passed away. A photo opportunity for me, taken with my Pentax LX on Kodak Vision 3 tungsten 500 T film.
Developed at home with a ECN2 developer and remjet removal solution then a standard C41 bleach and fix solution.

My first time shooting and developing ECN-2 film. This was Kodak Vision3 250D/5207. I did the ECN-2 prebath, followed by standard C-41 development. Worked out okay. I also have 50D and 500T to try out.

Standing on the corner of Wilkes Street looking down Hanbury Street while taking a Jack The Ripper tour.
Annie Chapman was murdered in the backyard of 29 Hanbury Street on September 8 1888. The spot where 29 once stood is around where the second tree is in the distance.

Two consecutive frames taken with a Lomography LC-W camera on Kodak Vision ECN2 320T film from Six Gates Films of Milan.
This film stock was made for cinematography, and is balanced for Tungsten light and uses the ECN-2 process. The film has a sticky black "Remjet" coating which must be removed, and prevents the film being processed in a standard C41 lab. I used my exhausted Tetenal C41 kit so as not to risk spoiling a new batch.
The expected blue cast is due to the film being used in daylight without a correcting filter.
The latest film stock from CineStill, known for their trademark stripping of remjet from Kodak motion picture film, 400D, dropped last year with great fanfare. While the exact base stock is unknown, the results speak for themselves. And when they say that the D stands for Dynamic, they're on point.

My Ishmael, the Schmaely, Priority Shmael... From an old roll of Seattle Filmworks 35mm shot on a Pentax K1000, one of the first frames I took when I began shooting film again back in mid-2009, months before traveling for a couple years. He was a bit over 6 years old here, and little did anyone know he had many adventures, courage and love in store for yet another 15 years following. I've kept and lived with quite a number of cats, a few dearer than I can describe, but this guy, slowly and surely, became not just my favorite cat over time, but one of my favorite souls.

Memorial plaques for Emma Smith & Annie Millwood.
Emma Smith was brutally attacked on the night of the 3rd of April 1888 & died in the London Hospital 4 days later after falling into a coma.
She is not considered a victim of Jack The Ripper, but is the first victim in the Metropolitan Police's files titled The Whitechapel Murders.
Annie Millwood was a victim of a stabbing attack in her lodgings at 8 White's Row in Spitalfields on February 25 1888.
She survived the attack, but died nearly a month later of an unrelated cause.
She may have been a very early victim of Jack The Ripper if he was trying to find his method of attack.
These flowers were placed by myself.
Taken with my Daguerreotype lens from Lomography.

This is from a film I forgot to develop and found in my fridge. Taken this January just after the new year in New town Sydney NSW Australia. I went for a late night walk through the high street of New town with my Pentax ME F with a 50mm F1.4 lens loaded with Kodak Vision 3 tungsten 500 T film hand held at night at F1.4.
Developed at home with a ECN2 developer and remjet removal solution then a standard C41 bleach and fix solution.
Scanned on my Epson V600 scanner.
