The Villa at Echo Beach is Villa at Echo Beach located in the fishing village of Canggu, home to some of the most impressive villas on the island, and offers the double attraction of being close to the shops and restaurants of Seminyak, while also presenting a fascinating insight into the traditions of rural Bali. Cows are herded through the fields, rice is planted and harvested throughout year, and the sound of ritual music is carried on the breeze.

View of the colorful cliffs in Echo Canyon. although this rock looks similar to the colorful sandstone formations of southern Utah, it is a completely different type of rock. This is the Cretaceous Echo Canyon Conglomerate, which is ancient deposits of sand and cobble from rivers and streams draining off of the ancestral Wasatch mountains. All those alcove and overhangs make for excellent dens for Cougars, which are all over in this canyon, based on tracks.
The two massive outcroppings of bedrock that define this park form an echo chamber for any loud noises one might happen to emit while walking through the valley between them.
