Po: Who cares? Don't you realize that Easter eggs are edible?

Sibley: Really? ... (pause)

Sibley: OK, now I've got this egg in my mouth. What do I do with it?

The table is breaking under the weight of Easter goodness. Eggs? Cake? Sweets? Whatever you like! And the flowers are freshly picked too...

This was a variation on my favorite German Potato Salad recipe that I like to make in the summertime. I added thawed peas to the mix of green peppers, potatoes, onion, onions, bacon, apple cider vinegar, and egg dressing. The skillet turned the mixture a little brown, but the taste was very good.

Easter cupcakes, some are vanilla cup cakes topped with vanilla buttercream and others are cherry and almond with vanilla buttercream. I had to use an electric hand mixer to make them as my lovely kitchenaid has been taken away for repair. (sniff, cry)
