I noticed on Inthert's Vulture Droid the idea of using ball joints for leg articulation as opposed to the lightsaber hilt extensions. So I tweaked his design a bit, and the result is what you see before you. While it is much sturdier, it has similar clearance issues which hinder pose-ability. If I ever get it to a point where I'm happy with it, I might make some decals for the legs and head.
Please don't bully over the garbage quality of this photo, it will more than likely become a common theme.
If you'll notice, I tried to follow the color convention of the original models for all the droids, and as luck would have it, the FX had a menacing looking all black droid with a single trans-yellow eye.
Introducing the Variable Geometry Self-Propelled Battle Droid, Mark I... that's way too long, we're just gonna go with Vulture Droid. First seen in Star Wars Episode One: The Phantom Menace and now available through BrickVault!
I made this almost 3 years ago, before I discovered Flickr, and Brother's Brick, so I never knew that there was a place I could post my lego creations (besides Lego.com) so here is my Droid Behemoth!
I once started a small building event in a community outside Flickr. The task: micro spaceships containing the astromech droid body piece. Check the Gallery on your right to see what we came up with! ----->
IG-88 was an assassin droid line designed by Holowan Laboratories. The IG-88 line was a derivative of the IG-86 sentinel droids used during the Clone Wars. IG-88B later became one of the galaxy's most infamous bounty hunters
This is the ID9 Seeker Droid of Inferno Squad commander Iden Versio. I was inspired to build this droid after seeing it in the reveal trailer for the upcoming game Star Wars Battlefront 2.

Sorry for the long silence. Here is something from me again at last! ;D
I built this modell about a year ago in one day! It was meant to be part of a big Kashyyyk-MOC but that was taken apart before completion last summer.
However, I figured it would be nice to post this Gunship as it is. The studs for the water were bought for that MOC specially and now at least serve the purpose of presenting this small modell. ;)
There is not much playability to this ship as it was made for display.
Opinions are always very welcome!!

To make your own Crabe Droid, you need 2 new Droidekas (75000) and 1 mini Vulture Droid (9509 : 2012 Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar) !
If someone need help to build his own droid, he can ask me for more photos ;) !

The 5-UN model construction droid is a rugged workhorse of a robot, and has been in service under the Suntron civilisation for well over 25 standard cycles. Strong, reliable and friendly, the 5-UN is easy to work with and always happy to help - even if it can't work out why you can't drink tea through a helmet.
The Terror Spider Droids, better known as Terror Droids, were small spider-like droids that were developed during the reign of the Galactic Empire under the direction of Darth Vader on the planet Kamino.
Following the escape of a clone of Galen Marek, Vader dispatched the bounty hunter Boba Fett to track down the clone progenitors love Juno Eclipse. Taking a number of Imperial resources, Fett struck the Rebel starship Salvation and deployed a large contingent of Terror Droids to deal with the Rebel troopers onboard. The droids later encountered Starkiller who had arrived to save Eclipse from the Imperial attack.

This MOC has 5 arms, which is the correct number, unlike the officiel set which has 6 arms.

I decided I would try to create a pose-able mech by only using the pieces found in your standard battle droid. It was a difficult task, but I think it turned out alright.
The ones on one leg do in fact stand by themselves, the table is simply photoshopped out
Hope you all have a great day!
Playing around with a few table scarp ideas I had while on vacation.
This one derived from the curved surface using droid arms. It would be easy to create a full helix with this method.
Here is a video I posted explaining how to use droid arms to create curves www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEYIp6fjxaM

A mining droid used in subterranean mines. The 0nua features a very advanced Pakari metal, almost twice as strong as steel, capable of bearing loads so heavy they seem to be physically impossible. They can use a variety of tools, but work best when simply using their claws.
