The kids get the Jetta to learn to drive and take to school. Replaced the turbo and intercooler. 55MPG. Also replaced front lower bumper. Blacked out the VW emblem. Video head unit and loud speakers. Ready for teens to drive.

Shot of the drivers cab. Though the truck bed is 8 studs wide the cab is 7 wide, this being a good size to fit two minifigs side by side without ramming them together. It is also the size of the steering mechanism used in this creation.

Our driver, Moy Kim Chhorng
At least, I think that's how his name is spelled. That's how he wrote it, anyway.
This guy was very cool. We hired him to drive us around for three days. We learned all about his family one day sitting on a boat drinking beers. He was quick to tell us things he knew, and quick to say he didn't know the answers to some questions.
He asked to wear my glasses. I said, "Only if I can take your picture."
He said, "Okay but I'm not a movie star."
