Printed multiples at once, worked great except for the 2 in the front due to the fact that my heated platform is 10-15C cooler on that side. The front 2 had trouble with the first few layers not sticking on the sides closest to the camera. Parts should still function fine though.

Assistant Fire Chief Hans Mulder takes Engine 3421 for a shakedown drive up to the coastal range summit to troubleshoot a problem with the pump drive / transmission engaging whilst in road mode.
Mulder is an EMT-Intermediate and devotes over 1,500 hours per year to the operation, management and emergency calls for the all-volunteer fire department. Some may say the spirit of volunteerism has given away to the current culture of "me-ism" -- Hans is a shining example of Liberality in action.

In 2012, this Bobcat was driven from Wisconsin to San Francisco. I bought it after it was discovered that the #3 cylinder had lost 2/3 of its compression.
I opted not to drop in another 2.3 because it's rusty underneath. Clutch, power steering and manual brakes work well, and it starts every time.
Pluses:
- Starts every time
- Has power to top San Francisco's steepest hills, and it runs all around the city
- Factory alloy wheels with Mustang II centers
- Odo reads just under 80K miles. Maybe it has 180K, but it has fewer rattles than the Fairmont with 135K I had
- Reclining seats are from a later-model GM. They're used but fit the platform well, driving position is a nice bump up in height
- Body is relatively free of rust, headliner is intact, good trim
Minuses:
- Engine was reported to have low compression in #3 cylinder. Runs rough, backfires
- Underbody is rusted. No foot through the floor but not far from it
- Exhaust is rusted
- Radiator leaks
- Driver's side front fender and door skin have been 'facelifted'
- Orange paint looks good from 10 feet, but closer inspection reveals the drips of an amateur respray
- Tie rods and ball joints are shot, steering play. Fine around town but gets nautical as speeds climb
Lots of good parts here, would rather sell it whole.

This 1930 Model A Ford 2-door was driven from Anchorage, Alaska to Amboy, Illinois, last Summer. The car show was not the only reason for the trip, but it was definitely the car that came the longest distance, 3,800 miles.

Good morning, ya'll! I hope this last week of 2010 rocks for you! Not surprisingly, the overnight temperature drop into the 20's had the warmer Gulf waters steaming this morning...and the sand crunched like it was slightly frozen! Tonight it is supposed to drop into the teens...no doubt, it will be another chillin' experience at the beach sunrise...but Lord willing, I'll be there!
