Quite a while ago when i have been outdoors with my X-T4 and the XF70-300 for some shooting i took an image of this litlle blossom beauty. We planted this beautiful flower on my father's grave. You can almost dicover the grave beside it. I wanted the picture to convey a zest for life and a touch of the past. I think the picture expresses my feelings quite well. You have to know that my father loved flowers very much. A person is only forgotten when no-one thinks of them any more.

Street artists Krimsone and Scott Nagy contributed this fascinating work to the 2021 Brisbane Street Artists Festival. It is located in Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, Brisbane within the Exhibition Grounds, well, at least on its perimeter wall. I think I am dreaming, no nightmare here!
At this year's iLight Singapore festival held at the Marina Bay and surrounding areas, several light and art installations can be found within walking distance from each other.
Often, many have environmental themes that evoke us to think of the impact that our actions have on the environment and Mother Nature.
In this shot here, the projections shown ask us to think about the fragility of glaciers as a result of rising sea levels.

Dream On is one of my all time favorite songs, I would say part of the soundtrack of my life.

Abandoned Iowa mansion in the cold of winter....
Garden is still covered with 30+ inches of snow.... but it is beginning to melt... a half inch this past week. 🌞
She'd flit from dreamer to dreamer. Searching, observing, hoping if nothing else to learn, but most of all to feel. To immerse in the emotions a subtle push could illicit from the dreamer. Tonight it was more aware than the usual. Conversation a rare treat, she couldn't help but interact as she laced pieces of herself into that place to pull what she needed. "If nothing else, this is a beautiful gift. The ability to retreat into yourself, unhindered and without judgement so that you can just... feel. The aches of loneliness that you're too strong to voice when awake. Memories of love shared, or letting your imagination loose with the possibilities of what could have happened next." she'd sigh almost wistfully, finally settling her web over the dreamer and straddling it's lap to embrace it in her arms. Almost lulling it within its own dream so she could weave without harm to it. "All you have to do, beautiful one, is let yourself drift. Your dreams will take you there, home." A lie she wasn't so sure was for it's benefit, rather than her own.

Last night, being alone and already half asleep, my dreams of other times have appeared to me.
The dreams of hopes, of glories, of joys and of happiness that have never been mine, they were approaching in slow processions and from the dark bedroom they populated the corners.
There was a grave silence throughout the room and on the clock the pendola stopped at the moment.
The indecisive fragrance of a forgotten smell, He came like a ghost and told me about the past. I saw faces that the grave has long hidden, and I heard heard voices I no longer remember where.
The dreams came closer and saw me asleep, they walked away, without making a sound and without stepping on the silky threads of the carpet and they were dissolving and sinking into the shadow.
