Ir a casa de mi abuela implica llevarme a Dorian y a Rain sí o sí XD se ha convertido en costumbre o algo, ya es como su casa de verano XD Aunque lo de estas fotos ha sido un drama porque se me borraron la mitad, suerte de mi padre que tiene al doctor alemán recuperador de fotos :D Así que nas os dejo este spoilercillo porque sí, espero que os guste n_n

A Girl Dreaming

What thoughts race across
The sleepy lids of those
Who dream with eyes wide open
Never closed
Where Imagination and Reality Meet
Where colors look like fireflies
Across the evening skies
And flowers taste like candy
A little girl races across the night
Believing in what no one ever could
Wishing can make it so
Dreams are the wishes we wish
When we are awake
Little girl dreaming
And if you wish long enough
Your little girl dreams will come true
For so long I wanted get back to infrared photography. And now after a break of several years here is a few from the first experiments. I just love the dreamlike atmosphere created by capturing only the infrared spectrum.

In the spirit of truth, I have to admit. Sometimes I feel a little silly doing some of these prompts. It makes me feel kind of embarassed that I'm not using my fine arts degree to make Serious Art, that my work should be more conceptual or, I don't know. . . I just have this initial hesitation I can't quite put my finger on.
BUT. I really have learned SO MUCH in the past week and it's changing my thought patterns, which is always good. I can feel my goals are shifting a little bit around the edges. And it's giving me momentum to do even more, just starting to work helps to build more ideas and keep going.
So I'm happy. Okay! I've said my peace now I think. ;)
Today was the first snow of the season. It was coming down quickly but softly, and blanketed the whole city with white. It was like a dream.
