The only 'library' I had access to as a child in Malaysia. This cabinet lived at the back of our classroom in primary school. It was usually kept locked by the teacher and opened up for our enjoyment on rare occasions.

Originally we were supposed to follow the first 30 minute sketch of the session with another one of the same duration to take us up to our tea break. Ros (the model) and several of the artists (including me) expressed a preference for shorter poses, so it was agreed to have three 10 minute poses instead.
This was the first of them, but Robert (running the session) forgot that it was supposed to be for 10 minutes instead of 30. In the end, we had this one for about 20 minutes, which gave me time to grab this sketch and a quick study of one of the hands.
Some years ago I drew this and I don't even have the mood to continue. Owh well, I think I'm going to post some other old photos in flickr from now on.. :)

My 8 year old nephew drew this after a particularly random evening of watching ridiculous Youtube videos on my ipod touch. I love how he even put sprinkles on the pop-tart!

so i'm waliking in the woods and i glance to my left and i see What Is. It's hard to describe; it's part of the new way i see, the field vision. I somehow see the Is-ness of the grove of pines i'm walking through. The thing is, it's a frightening sight and literally stops me in my tracks. Is is vast, indifferent (though that is too puny a word) and i am not.
