Acrylic Gesso, craft paper and pigment ink pen on postal sticker.

Another drawing on the bus, this one went horribly wrong and somehow I pasted a copy of it offset the couldn’t make it go away. Taking the maxim of honouring my mistake as my intention I left it - it needed some contrast anyway and that edge will suffice. Spring morning, landscape.

This is a work I have made for an upcoming exhibition in Chicago.

On a fine day's trainspotting.

Which started with the first train of the day having a new Tier 4 loco on the front, and ending with the sun going down here at Laguna.

I hadn't expected the light falloff on the back of the train to be so perfect - I don't like the edge of a picture 'chopping' a train off - and as this is all but straight out of the camera, I was rather stoked.
