" Docking In Borage " Borage we have been trying to get rid of, to little success, even bigger this year.
A morning filled with fog and low clouds was the perfect pairing alongside the colorful sunrise.
During my post-processing, I wanted to keep this image in line with my editing style to achieve a consistent and clean photo.

This was taken about 3 in the morning, it was a panorama of three HDR images, i didn't process it to look like this, ( well yea i Did) but i can't seem to make it look normal. Looks more like a cartoon image to me
Sometimes a plastic lens will do just fine…

This was taken back in '09 (even though flickr says otherwise) when I went to Europe with my school. This was at the docks in Veneto going to take the boat to Venice. The picture would have been better but I had a really bad camera :S
An old dock that has been neglected for years, shows obvious signs of decay. This dock has given way to new and modern floating docks instead.

A shot from the Boardwalk boat dock just before a storm hit. The Yacht and Beach Club Resorts are in the background across the water. Processed in Topaz Adjust 4 and CS4.

Some great reflections to be had in the basin at Albert Dock in Leith.
I would love to take a look in the old derelict building across the water.
February 2019
Millwall Docks taken during the winter heatwave of February 2019. Although this was taken at 8:30am in the morning the light was already becoming too strong, however the docks were perfectly still hence the clarity of the reflections. Buildings featured here are Ability Place, One Canada Square, Pan Peninsula, South Quay Plaza and One Park Drive under construction, and Baltimore Tower on the right.
08375 propels a rake of steel wagons over the swing bridge and into the Boston Docks complex. The wagons arrived on 6E01 from Wolverhampton, worked by a DB Cargo 66 as far as the exchange sidings just off the mainline at Boston where the 08 takes over. Not many places this kind of work happens nowadays! 12/02/2024
The only creature I actually photographed on the afternoon visit was a bug. I actually saw 3 of them in different areas on the visit.
Loading coal for Fiddlers Ferry power station, since closed. This flow has been replaced by one of biomass to Drax power station.

Pembroke Dock station whilst being a little 'down at heel' is still better than the usual bus stop one would expect of an unstaffed station. 150258 waits in vain for custom forming the 17.09 to Swansea.This is the terminus of a 27 mile line from Whitland
