I was in the McDonald's drive-thru line when I took this photo. Amazing what you can capture when you really start opening your eyes and paying attention- even while waiting on your cheeseburger with no onions...
It was the location for a men's dorm building (Crawford Johnson Hall) before it was renovated. Dedicated in 1995, and named in honor of Andrew Gerow Hodges in 2002.
Lots of big windows allowed for natural light. The library upstairs especially needed it as no naked flame was allowed. Reading and studying was done by daylight only.

Sean made these! Kinda looks like ice cream...but non melty? Hehe. This "rum spice" one was yuuum. Divinities are kinda like marshamllow and taffy at the same time.

We toured the Bodelian as part of Ben's birthday (they nicely let us in as fellow academics). The only part that I was allowed to photograph was the Divinity School, a medieval building built from 1427–83 for lectures and discussions on theology. Oxford University now uses this room to a) fleece tourists and b) rent out to suitable occasions, such as weddings etc.
