Full summer sun. Played with holding a 24" diffuser at different distances. Here the diffuser was very close to subject, just outside of the camera's view.
One of the lesser known areas of Alton Towers, inside the actual manor house section in the middle of the park; it's probably like 10 foot away from Hex, although I never heard it (at least not over the people outside!).
I've got some tips and other things coming up in the rest of my photos, got about 7-8 so check them out when I release them!

I tried to make my own diffuser to produce a better flash effect on my subjects. The last 2 pics illustrate this effect on Mazinger Z.

This is actually a photograph! I took a heart shaped box and put it at an oblique angle to some tracing paper then back lit the whole thing. Amazingly some of the red came through. The only retouching is some raw adjustment and a high pass filter in Photoshop to bring up the texture of the paper.

In general the life expectancy of LINARI room fragrances is 6 months, however they can last much longer. The evaporation rate, and therefore the average life expectancy is dependent on atmospheric conditions. Low humidity, low air pressure, high temperature or any combination of these conditions may decrease the evaporation time.

My new Anna Toddler Doll has been fully deboxed. She is posed free standing, and is photographed from various angles in natural diffused lighting.
Her short rusty red orange hair is arranged in two pigtails tied with black satin ribbons. She has long curly bangs over her forehead. They were a bit uneven, with the center section being curlier than the sides, but I wasn't able to even it out. There is no apparent use of hair product, so her hair is soft and smooth throughout.
Her head is squarish in shape. She has big green eyes glancing to her upper left. There is a pattern in the iris that I haven't seen before used in Disney dolls, where there is a large oval shaped region that is offset from both main section of the iris and the pupil. She has short closely packed eyelashes, pink eyeshadow, and very light brown eyebrows. She has a small pug nose, abd very thin dark pink lips ina a soft smile. There are light brown freckles in her upper cheeks, and pink rouge throughout much of her cheeks. She has very pale skin.
The expression on her face is very precious, with the slight smile and upturned eyes. She is similar in look to that of the Animators' Ariel and Snow White dolls, who are two of my favorite Animators' dolls.
She has the same body as the Animators' Collection dolls, and stands 15.5'' tall. She has a ball jointed neck, ball jointed shoulders, and hip joints that pivot about a plane at a 45 degree angle to the vertical. The construction of her hip joints mean that she has to sit with her legs splayed out at about a 90 degree angle. She has large flat feet, and can free stand very stably.
She has a satin outfit that consists of combination dress and blouse. The bodice of the dress is black and green, with gold trim, there is a dark green sash, and a light green skirt with a dark green border with floral design at the hemline. She is wearing white tights, and shiny black shoes with the same floral design as on her dress.
First look at my newly purchased Anna Toddler Doll, from Frozen. I was at my local Disney Store and didn't expect the Frozen toddler dolls to be out so soon, since they are not yet available online. They have been available in the UK for a couple of weeks. Naturally I bought them, and will be posting photos of them boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed. I will also show them with other comparable dolls.

DIY speedlight diffuser. Shopping this morning, I noticed these cheap aluminium foil pans. I thought - " There's a nice flash tool" :-) So, I made a DIY softbox/diffuser for a speedlight. I made a few cuts and added a rubber band, a clamp and a white fabric carrying bag :-) If you want you can reinforce the aluminium foil in strategic places using cardbord, plywood or plastic sheets or what ever comes in handy. PS: I used two pans to improve stability. The shown test shot was made with this tool - and I had a Fill Flash on camera.
This Diffuse (bloodred cross) Corn snake was my b-day gift today. My very first cornsnake, we mostly have Boas ^^ She is sooo lovely and easy to handle just like my big Boa girl and love her color!
I noticed this "Ralph Lauren" diffuser placed in a parking garage on the evening of the rainy day that I locked up my bicycle there. To top things off, a homeless man played a violin and sort of complained about the flick(e)ring light-sensitive spoke lights I have mounted.
What a city.
These fireworks look more like a bacterial in your body. I used a defocused technique to create these images. Start exposing out of focus and change to in focus during firework burst or visa versa. Happy Trip! 😜
