Service design for digital banking: from ideation to implementation at Intesa Sanpaolo. Speech by Adriana Matiz, Master in Service Design Alumnus.
Adriana Matiz is a Service Designer at Intesa Sanpaolo's Foreign Division. Currently she works on designing a blueprint for the digital experience of 4 subsidiary banks in east Europe and Egypt.
Adriana has a background on project management for innovation projects and international relations. She moved to Italy in 2014 to take part of the specializing Master in Service Design, and afterwards collaborated with POLI.design.
The event is powered by the POLI.design Specializing Masters in Service Design and Strategic Design, in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano Master Degree in Product Service System Design.

Your business card is a marketing foot soldier, presenting your business logo and (more importantly) your contact information to potential clients and business partners. Business card design is never as simple as copying and pasting your logo and contact information onto a document and sending it off to the printer. Here's my 11th design. I've used Stormtype's Baskerville in this one as I find the shapes of the letters quite elegant without being too fussy. I'm trying to be restrained with my choices of type in general (i.e. no big wacky typefaces) as I would like to improve my understanding of the finer points of typography.
