In September 2015, we deployed two tetrahedral acoustic arrays, with a threefold purpose: to monitor the ambient underwater noise in the Strait of Georgia, to detect and classify marine fauna vocalizations (orca, humpback whale, pacific white sided dolphin, and fish), and to measure underwater radiated noise from ships inbound to the port. The objective is to measure a vessel's noise performance within it's class.

My childhood friend of 20+ years, Vincent, got married to a lovely gal on Nov 17th, 2007. I borrowed some camera gear from a fellow Flickr member (Peter - G) and helped shoot as an "additional photographer".
Our families are pretty close; Vincent's father and my father worked together at Hong Kong Electric Group for over 20 years, and kept in touch ever since. We spent lots of Christmases together growing up.
More preview pictures coming soon.
