Neutral Density Filter. Shot in the daytime with a neutral density 4 filter. 10 second exposure.

9 stop neutral density, good lighting, stock clock, lucky boatman, lots of photoshop...

daylight long exposure of 3min/f8 using a welding glass as a ND 10-stop replacement. even at 11mm the 3$ filter produces just some slight vignetting. major color correction was done in lightroom, anything else as out of camera.

It's a lot farther along than this now, but here is the future site of the Legacy at Memorial Heights high rise, on what used to be the old Ed Sacks Waste Paper site.
