The original cream lampshades sported a tear and had been customised with with red wine, biro and cat hairs. These ones look much better.
This was a flea market find, an old walnut sugar mold - now sanded, oiled, and equipped with copper inserts and candles

you won't see me for about a week as I will be away. Gran and Grandpa are in town to help look after the kiddies.
She is exhausted from a day of peeing in the house and getting locked in a bedroom. See also eating, walking, and playing with her toys.
The lone chilli on my plant that has been around since early November has gone a deep red. Completely antithetical to the rainy weather we are having (01/21)

my hair girl uses a different brand of hair dye now and i'm so diggin it! no more red undertones :)
i tried fixing all the stray hairs but it proved to be too much and i had to get back to doing homework. oh well.

The Next Doctor. I was on the fence between this and "The Christmas Carol" episode. I fell back to this one because my daughter and I both love watching it. David Morrissey would've have made a wonderful Doctor. One of the dvd's special features is him in a DW parody meeting a pair of generic movellans(?). It's worth a watch to see why they cast him here. That, and a Godzilla sized cyberking is just pure cheesy fun! Not so sure about the "shades" though.
