Yep....this is their 1st date......Lucille ignored the rumors of Dave being a " Bad Boy" of the duck world and took a chance and went out on a supervised swim with him......the only thing I overheard was when she said to him... " The name is Lucille...Okay !!!...please don't call me Loose" .....
Couple weeks ago I did some promotional work for a local 10 member band called Matchmaker Band...This is my favorite of the individual portraits...sometimes the shy ones totally kill it...haha

Dave Daring, also known as "Double D" recently joined the M.A.N.T.I.S. corporation after carefully considering offers from both Octan and MANTIS.
It suited him well to join MANTIS as a Special Forces operative. He reasoned to have found the perfect job for himself...for M.A.N.T.I.S. domination!

I highly recommend it. Highly.
A 'dazzle' is the collective name for a group of zebras and Dave's design reflects this, with lots of zebras in his coat.

In my previous pic (see www.flickr.com/photos/langhorns/54391223) CunoCyn named this blue sparkle as Dave!
So I went back to the original and extracted just that portion at 100% - meet Dave and his mates!
These are dewdrops on the grass in our garden twinkling in the sunlight taken contre-jour.
We had a surprise visit from Southseadave and his lovely new kitten, Caitlin, on their way home from the vet!! What a little cutie-pie!! (I do mean Caitlin, not Dave, but he's ok!! Lol!)
Over the last few years, Dave has been working on his theorys of microtonality in relation to contemporary music. The instrument that he is holding is custom built, with a fretless 6 string with a fretted 7 string combined. Right now Dave is working on a new Screaming Headless Torso record as well as his duties as a Professor at Berkley Collage of Music. This was shot in Williamsburg Brooklyn with new Portra 400 and a tripod.
