The minute I got 'Big Business' for Ken, there was one dress that I had renewed interest in getting, as it would go so well with his spiffy new 'Edwardian' style suit (as it was described in the 1970 JC Penney catalogue). 'Dreamy Blues' from 1970 was a dress I wanted ever since I had started collecting Mod era Barbie, but it had always eluded me... but sometimes one has to wait for the time to be right, as I got this great version on a very reasonable 'make an offer' bid (the skirt is in minty condition!) pretty much immediately after I started searching for it again. It looks made for a Titian Stacey! Ken thinks she looks adorable in it, too :)
Uh, can't wait for tomorrow...come to me Friday! :(

Picked up these “Date Books” by Determined Productions last year. Most feature phototype revivals of wood type, as was popular in the 1960s–70s. I also have a bunch of their small square cookbooks and Peanuts books. Will post soon.
The Holy Grail of British Columbia Cancels - Mobile Post Office - following the movement and building of the CPR Railway. Only known usage from January til September 1885.
Although actual dates for the establishment of End of Track post office vary somewhat, postal records give - 1 October 1884, as an official opening. The closing date seems similarly obscure. However, - 31 December 1885—two months after completion of the railway at Craigellachie (on Nov 7, 1885)—is likely. Thus, while it may appear that the office existed for 14 months, a more realistic figure for actual activity would probably be about 11 months.
