Shootée à main levée pendant que les potes s'appliquent au trépied.
Du coup, elle est légèrement cramée, j'aurais dû utiliser mon GND...

The briefest of patches of sunshine lights up these roadside daffodils by Gillett Farm at Forest in Teesdale under a stormy looking sky. Taken on a very windy morning as the remnants of Storm Kathleen pass through.
Dramatic light on Middleton in Teesdale as a hole in the low cloud cover allows strong sunshine though. A quick snapshot from Whistle Crag taken on a relatively low-spec pocket camera (Canon A720 IS) which is all I had with me on this occasion. Nevertheless, when confronted with this view as I drove up the dale, I had to pull over and take a shot of it. Not bad for an elderly 8mp pocket camera which only takes jpg files!
It looked very stormy, and I thought we were in for a nasty storm. sadly no, it just went around us.

A wicked bad day of severe weather in South Central Nebraska. For more information on that day... NWS Official Report.
A tornadic supercell with an Ef1 or Ef2 tornado struck the city of Kearney late afternoon. The aftermath wasn't pretty. I sure wanted to be out chasing but I was scheduled for work, and missed the entire historic event.
Power was out, but I did have the camera batteries charged. Geared up, with camera in hand after I got home from work. I took a few minutes during clean up that night to capture these incredible cloudscapes that were on the back side of the storms.
These were the final rays, the last light of the day. These clouds were truly some spectacular stormscape captures to end that day of severe weather!

New House farm, Forest in Teesdale in a patch of strong sunshine. Harwood in the distance.
Rain threatening over Combeshead Tor on Dartmoor.
This was during the long dry spell of summer, so rain would have been very welcome. However, it was not to be - the clouds held on to their rain and moved away.
......late afternoon (3.30 pm) darkness, sun below the horizon, two days before winter´s first snow fell..
MENACING SKY (111 photo time lapse)
An hour after sunrise we had some dark clouds for a good part of the morning. Used Movavi & Starstax to compile this video.

What to expect during Thailand's Rainy Season - June to October:
* temperature still around 32 degrees Cecius.
* no rain for a week at a time
* night rain and clear days
* Torrential rains like above that last 30 minutes to 2 hours, then clearing and sun
* overcast days with little to no rain
* two to three days of partial rain in a week is, especially later in the rainy season
Even there's trouble in Paradise. Tropical storm arrived at Oaw Talong on Koh Mak. The whole serene scene changed suddenly into a dark dream. Wind gusting and blowing through palm tree leaves. We had to wait a half before we could continue our island exploring.
Wat te verwachten van het regenseizoen in Thailand - juni tot oktober:
* temperatuur rond 32 graden.
* geen regen voor één week
* 's nachts regen en droog overdag
* na tropische regenbuien zoals hierboven van 30 minuten tot 2 uur weer zonneschijn
* bewolkte dagen maar geen regen
* twee tot drie dagen in de week veel regen met name later in het regen seizoen.
Thanks in advance for your visit and comment!
I think about photographs as being full, or empty. You picture something in a frame and it's got lots of accounting going on in it--stones and buildings and trees and air--but that's not what fills up a frame. You fill up the frame with feelings, energy, discovery, and risk, and leave room enough for someone else to get in there.

For just a few seconds, a hole in the 10/10ths cloud cover formed creating quite dramatic light and vivid shades of green on this patch of farmland near Wycliffe, Teesdale
