The fourth picture I took with my new camera. Was a pretty crazy day outside, as you can see.

The truth taught me the word, put on my mouth the deeper meaning of everything, it dug with the plow into the earth of my insecurity. Prior to accomplish the truth in my life, many things did not make sense to my eyes and my speaking was weak and insecure. Each of us must hope for, seek, strive to meet the truth. And then take it in the heart for a lifetime.

The entranceway of the show was a group sign collab called "sign language"
"Non tutti quelli che ti vogliono bene fanno il tuo bene". Lo sentii dire da lui con voce pulita e, in qualche modo, rassicurante, e quelle parole entrarono nella mia mente quasi perforandola. Le parole a volte cambiano davvero le cose, e non sono già dette o già sentite come spesso sembrano. Da quel momento ho capito un po' di più cosa vuol dire voler bene a qualcuno, e che anche chi te ne vuole, a volte, fa come quelli che non te ne vogliono affatto.

"Not all those who love you make your own good". I heard him say this in a voice clean and, somehow, reassuring, and those words came into my mind almost piercing her. Words sometimes do change things, and they are not already known or heard as they often seem. From that moment I understood a little more what it means to love someone, and that even those who love you sometimes do like those who don't love you at all.

Storms were to develop early afternoon but the dry line stalled. Late afternoon into mid evening the dry line pushed just to the west of our location.
With unusually humid conditions for this time of year in South Central Nebraska, this produced the perfect conditions for supercells to develop just to the southwest & west of Kearney Nebraska.
Rarely do we get to see the full development from nothing to a full fledged supercell and this one had fast development resulting in some of my best storm photography for 2012

Could have been Judgement Day or something, don't you think?
Well I just thought it looked absolutely terrific and fascinating.
This looked like a heart when I saw it from the living room window but by the time I got my camera and got outside it had morphed into...? Still, all cloud formations are spectacular in my books.
This Impressive and ominous weather front passed over us lengthwise over several hours. A changing and impressive cloudscape, a very unusual weather pattern at the time.

A Photographic Beast....
I wasn't chasing this day. Truck was in the shop, and I was at my son's baseball game. Though we did have the perfect view north, while the game was in play.
June is go time when it come to severe weather here in Nebraska. Heat temps were in the upper 90s and we had all the right ingredients for some nasty weather to form. We had just the right amount of shear helped produced this tornadic storm cell that day.
At the time of these captures, this storm cell was in peak mature stage. Just 20 miles north and east of Kearney Nebraska, the areas between Ravenna, and Gibbon. Golf ball sized hail and torrential rainfall, with a Tornado warning boot.
