As their parents sat idly by and watched - and laughed.
Beyond bl**dy belief ! When the tide is in like this, they can't even see any mud - until it's too late
Red foxes are the "third dog" species in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Coyotes are first in abundance, but wolves are first in dominance (sometimes seeking and killing the young of other canids) and overall impact on the environment. Pretty little red foxes are at the bottom of the totem pole in numbers and impact, but they rank very high on charm and adaptability. All they have to do is tip those beautiful red ears and make those gorgeous yellow eyes look sad and hungry to be assured someone will give them a sandwich or other treat. Human food, of course, can be deadly to wildlife, and worse, wildlife can and does nip to get the food as rapidly as possible. Foxes, like all dogs, can carry rabies. Just Do Not Feed the Foxes, even if the sign is upside down.

I usually don't expect a fee for private viewing, projects, school work, charity work, etc. Also if you wanted to use any images as a base for a private artwork or poster, I would love to see the final product (as long as it is legal and doesn't defame anyone).
Although I do need to charge for other professional, corporate or commercial uses, as I also have to make money to live. I can then supply a high resolution finished image which is sized to your needs.
For more information please contact me through FlickrMail.
Thanks .............. tim

Placing hazard warning sides around Christchurch, Lyttelton and the local environment has become a dangerous growth industry since the earthquakes. We appreciate the concern, but stating the obvious has become an art form.
This sign stands at the base of Shag Rock, a familiar landmark on the coast line between Redcliffs and Sumner beach. The earthquakes shattered this volcanic stone and reduced it to a pile of rubble. It is now known locally as Shag Pile.

This is in Louisiana, which is famously controlled by people who are ideologically hostile to the very idea of government concern for human health and safety. So I was interested that this situation would be thought to pose a sufficient danger to motorists as to justify the effort and expense of warning them not to drive here.

I'm having so much fun with this. I'm currently working on two animated shorts; one called The Pool and the other called Cows. That one should be online here tomorrow.

Traffic lights in Kanneliya? No, it is a patch of nature remaining in Colombo with its signature on it. Although it is just a tiny part one could see in a camera viewfinder, it makes me revisit my evergreen memories of Kanneliya :)

This tram, like all of the other non - refurbs, have been withdrawn from service on the Glenelg line. 363 now resides in Victoria.
The Environment Agency love their signs! This one tells you where you are (to the nearest 10 metres anyway) and which mortal perils you and the kids are facing there.
The Health and Safety Executive must surely be driving everyone mad by forcing organisations to have to cover their bottoms with totally OTT signage.!

It seems to be a fairly rocky start to my 2014 in terms of photography. With my camera stuck in repairs for the first week and missing out on 2 epic back-to-back sunset was definitely a downer. Has anyone experience the same same gut-wrenching feeling? My first photoshoot also ended in disappointment, I failed find a good composition to compliment a killer sunset. Yesterday, I went out hoping to redeem myself. Even though the sunset wasn't as epic as the previous three, I managed to come away with some images that I am happy with. Hence, here is my first posted shot of the year!!! With that said, there are still plenty of room for improvement and loose ends to tie up. I will still be going through my archives of 2013 and posting images, especially images from Vietnam. Be sure to check them out and sorry about my rambles above :)
