in singapore, i had no problems finding my way - almost all signs are written in at least 2-3 languages, including english.
South of Mole Creek, just off Wet Cave Road, this sign welcomed visitors to Honeycomb Cave. Almost anyone could look through the cave entrances, but the sign was accurate. The cave system was extensive and could only be safely explored under skilled supervision. Professional tour guides may be found in the Mole Creek area for visitors who wish to see the caves in detail.
A message for dog walkers who walk their dogs around the course ... some dog walkers have very lengthy dog leads which allow their dogs to be a very long distance away from their owners!!

How to grow an oak tree to a ripe old age:
Plant in a field with plenty of room to grow.
Surround it with danger signs.
Plant about 50 feet past the archery targets.
taken in an abandoned warehouse complex which, unfortunately, was mostly knocked down by the time i made it there...
Very black futuristic - I can imagine that in the future, we will be using grey water to water our plants, vegetables... yuk!
Walking to the other end of Herne Bay Pier - visible in the distance - is also quite perilous these days.
Having a drop into a canal seems like a bad idea near so many establishments selling alcohol at night.
Taken at the rear of Via Fossa (which I've never been in) by the canalside.
Common warning sign in parks in Hilo, and other parts of Hawai'i. I never saw a coconut fall, but I did have a palm frond land hard the top of the car once, driving down the street.
I know Norwegian, and I can translate "Sug, dykket tappeløp" to "Suck, submerged tap". But I think I get the message clearer from the sign. It helps that I know the blue triangle is a warning sign from the River and Hydroelectric Authority.
A picture I took recently on my skiing trip in the Trois Vallees region, near Val Thorens. The clouds were hanging low in the valley and we were standing at about 3.000 meters looking on top of the clouds.
You can't really see the drop in this picture; it just looks like an unnecessary sign. Believe me, it isn't.
Danger sign, Keep Of Bank sign, Use Stairs sign, beach, berries, bush, grass, ocean, plants, sand.

BACKSTORY: Carolyn's family reunion was at Cape Cod this year. We stayed at the Chatham Bars Inn. It was a lot of fun, and we were happy to see everyone.

We can't figure out if SFM is running up the cliff, or if he is falling and has somehow bent his leg at a very painful angle.

I just think these postings are funny, but I keep in mind their English is way better than my Hindi.
Excuus voor de kwaliteit van de foto. Deze foto is met mijn oude, analoge, camera gemaakt en ik moest de foto scannen.
I'm sorry about the quality of this picture. It's made with my old non-digital camera and so I had to scan the pictures.
I'm allergic to sugar.
It's that simple.
Have been ever since I can remember, except we didn't always know that's what the problem was! lol :)
This means no sugar in cakes, biscuts, drinks, or anything else.
It also means no dried fruit (dried apple, dried banana, raisins etc...), no honey (that sucks - I miss honey :(), no fruit juice (unless it's freshly squeezed), and no chocolate.
This is one of the things that can make my life horrible.
Parties are a real problem.
So is Christmas :(
So is Easter lol :) Any chocolate I end up getting at that time of year can last me for years!! I had a chocolate bunny one year that lasted for about 3-4 years lol :P
One thing it does mean is that I'm very heathy :D So I'm grateful for that.
I haven't had sugar for ages.
I think (I say think) the last time I had some was in a teeny bit of lemon curd on the tip of a teaspoon (my mum made it and I was keen to try it so she gave me a taste).
I got the idea for this shot today when my mum and I were having lunch at a cafe. I was hoping to come up with an idea for my 52 Weeks and I saw the sugar in the cup in the table and thought "Aha!"
lol :)
Had fun editing it too :)
I'm allergic to sugar.
And that's really all there is to it :D
